How do I get started?

How long will Jumping June last?

5 to 6 weeks in total. Students fundraise for 3 or 4 weeks (it’s you’re call) We suggest fundraising for 3 weeks leading up to jump day and for one week after the jump day is complete.  That’s 4 weeks in total and that time table allows your jumpers to attract as many sponsors as possible.

What support do you offer?

FULL-SERVICE FUNDRAISING 

Charity Fundraising is about community coming together to make great things happen! We acknowledge you for being part of that cause. After 33 years of doing this, we know that fundraising is volunteer driven. That’s why customer service is our primary focus. In short, we’re here for you every step of the way: 

PERSONAL SUPPORT 

We’ll piggyback you from start to finish with a dedicated Fundraising Coach. Your coach will figure out what you’re looking to achieve, tailor an inspiring plan to get your school there, and proactively work with you to ensure you don’t miss a trick. 

PRINTED SUPPORT 

Everything you need to succeed will be supplied to you, including Class Kits, Promotional Posters, Sponsorship Forms, Student Incentive Prizes and much more. 

THE EXTRA STEP 

Your Fundraising Coach will go even further for you. In the past we have even written custom documents for schools… We’ve got you covered!

Does every family need to have a computer?

Our program is based on an online fundraising system. But don't let that scare you. Any device with internet access can be used because our website is mobile friendly. Note - Schools used our School Fun Run program to raise over $2M last year and almost all of that came in online. So, you won’t have a problem getting your families involved.

When should I hold Jumping June?

June! We encourage you holding your event in June, to line up with the majority of schools taking part. We are flexible however, so we can get your kids jumping anytime you want. It’s also good to remember that this Heart Foundation fundraiser is 100% COVID-Safe so it removes all your risk in 2022.

How do we raise money?

First, you register a Jumping June event and launch it to your school community. Parents will create a page for their child and share their link digitally. This can be through emails, social media, or even text message. Parents and coordinators will be guided by helpful emails and tutorials throughout the fundraising phase to help maximise your charity fundraising! All the money is deposited every two weeks to the Heart Foundation, so you can track your fundraising live!

How much money can we raise?

There is no limit to how much you can raise. We had a Fun Run school last year raise over $40,000 in a single event using the same online platform we built ‘Jumping June’ on. On average, 40% of students will fundraise and will each raise $125. A school of 300 kids could therefore expect to raise $15,000 on average.

How many Jumpers can we have?

This is a whole school fundraising event. Jumping June was set up to accommodate the needs of an entire school so there is no limit to the number of jumpers who can participate in your fundraiser. 

How does your student reward system work?

All fundraisers that raise at least $10 are eligible to select a prize. Families simply order their own prizes, on our website, after the fundraising phase is complete.  This means you don’t need to create any spreadsheets or cross reference any money… that’s all done for you. 

How do I motivate the students?

Your fundraising coach will work on your custom plan, however we make it fun for everyone to get involved, plus, for raising just $10, your students will receive an awesome prize of their choosing. Want to see the prizes? Just click here
